Terps tested, rested, eager.
For most, the holidays are a time to spend with family and friends and a chance to relax. That holds true for college basketball teams. But as Maryland's women kick off the second half of their season this weekend, the Terrapins are excited to get back to work. "It's been a while since we've had a lot of practices, but we had our first spirited practice [Wednesday] night and everyone came back in a really good mood," coach Brenda Frese said. "We're really excited about finishing our nonconference slate with the Christmas tournament and then to getting ready for ACC play."
